Ironic Contradictions
I'm a long time reader - since way back when I was seven. That makes it over three quarters of my life that I will be a reader for. But it is worth it.
When I'm not reading or wasting my time online on here or Goodreads I'll be off playing video games, studying teaching and messing around with friends and pop culture. Or reading some more.
Thoughts before reading...
I've never written a 'before reading' post yet, so here goes. I just wanted to say that I'm quite interested in this because Guillermo Del Toro's work as a director and writer in films has very much interested me. I may not have got into all his work yet but I was captivated by the idea of his directing The Hobbit films and also loved Pacific Rim earlier in the year. So a book by him should be an interesting venture. Let us see how it all progresses...
